01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the c666k website accessible at https://c666k.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support functions operated under the c666k brand.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or uses any service provided by c666k.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the c666k Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions become effective and binding upon you at the moment you click the registration confirmation button on the c666k sign-up page, or at the moment you first deposit funds into a c666k Account, whichever occurs first.

2.2 By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the c666k Privacy Policy and the c666k Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

2.3 c666k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

03 Eligibility

Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension or closure.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account on the c666k Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited.

4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. c666k is not responsible for any losses or complications arising from a Player providing false or misleading registration information.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c666k login credentials, including your username and password. c666k strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

4.4 You must notify c666k immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. c666k will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

4.5 c666k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, suspected underage gambling, violation of these Terms, or extended inactivity.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to a c666k Account are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳500. c666k accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Player's Account within seconds of payment confirmation.

c666k does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which c666k bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the c666k cashier. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. c666k does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered Player's name, or accounts whose ownership cannot be verified.

5.3 Currency

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms as a multiplier (e.g., "30x wagering requirement").

6.3 Bonus Funds may only be used on games or markets specified as eligible in the promotion terms. Stakes placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.

6.4 c666k reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where fraud, abuse, or technical error is suspected. Players found to have abused the c666k bonus system — including by opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and their Account may be permanently closed.

6.5 Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the time limit stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance automatically and are not reissued.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General. All bets placed on the c666k Platform are final once confirmed. c666k does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed and confirmed by the system.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the c666k Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. c666k reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, server failure, or network disruption that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, c666k reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the Player's Account Balance. c666k's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 Sportsbook. Cricket betting odds — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other markets — are determined by c666k at its sole discretion and may be changed at any time before a market is suspended. Bets placed at the prevailing odds at the time of confirmation are honoured at those odds.

7.5 Casino Games. 08 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account or using a false identity to circumvent a ban or closure.

12 Privacy & Data Protection
